Delivery, Returns & Exchanges

UK Delivery

Any items available from stock will be despatched within 24 hours. While we do make every effort to complete your order as soon as possible, due to stock availability, it may take up to 28 days to despatch. Delivery is charged at the rate set out in the checkout process. This service is only available Monday to Friday. If an order is placed after 2pm on a Friday, it will be shipped the following Monday.  .

Overseas Orders

We are happy to receive orders from overseas. Payment by credit card card only. The international delivery charges on the order form are for guidance only, delivery charges and details would be confirmed at the checkout before dispatch. Import duties may be payable on receipt. For details of delivery charges and shipping, please contact us by e-mail shop@vintageveronica.co.uk. 

Please note that orders must be placed by 2.30pm for next day delivery.

Returns & Exchanges

Goods may be returned for exchange or full refund within 10 days of receipt. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or order refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected). Please complete and enclose the returns form that is supplied with your delivery. We strongly recommend that you obtain a certificate of posting from the post office as we will not accept responsibility for parcels which are lost in transit.

Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur please contact us. Please allow seven working days for returns to be processed once they reach us.

If it is an international return, please clearly label the package "returned British Goods" for customs purposes as the company will not pay import duty on returned goods.

Important

If you are exchanging goods and the new item you require costs less than the one you have returned we will refund you the difference. If exchanging goods and the new item you require costs more than the one you returned an additional payment will be needed.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser. If you decide to exchange an item the purchaser will be informed.
